10th MISS TOURISM INTERNATIONAL – 2005 WORLD FINAL

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF PARTICIPATION
 
All Entrants must abide to the following Rules & Regulations. Any false statement given will result in the disqualification of rights to participate in the 10th MISS TOURISM INTERNATIONAL – 2005 WORLD FINAL.


QUALIFICATION
  1. Shall be single, age between 17 to 25 years of age and must be at least 5ft 6 inches tall.
  2. Must have good moral character and possess poise, charm, personality and beauty.
  3. Must have been elected by the National Sponsor as National Representative.
CONTESTANTS MUST COMPLY TO THE FOLLOWING
  1. To arrive in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the contest held from the 14th Dec, 2005–2nd Jan, 2006.
  2. To conduct herself properly during the period from her arrivals in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to the time of her departure after the 12th Miss Tourism International 2005 contest.
  3. Willing to obey and comply at all times during the period of the pageant and to attend all functions as requested by the Organizer and shall not be excused from such non-attendance except prior written consent to the Organizer.
  4. To allow and permit the Organizer the exclusive right to use all photographs of the contestant and also for promotion. In this event, photographs of the contestant are not returnable.
  5. To travel with the Organizer’s promotion crew on fashion assignment, visits to charitable organizations and etc. with prior notice from the Organizer.
  6. To appear on television, radio, fashion shows or any media for the purpose of publicity and promotion of the contest.
  7. Not to accept any private engagement during the period of the contest.
  8. To attend rehearsals promptly when requested by the Organizer.
  9. To submit 3 photographs postcard size (2 facial & 1 full length) which are non-returnable, together with the official entry form. The Promoter reserves the right to reject application without photographs.
  10. To be equipped with sufficient funds to cover incidental expenses such as baggage charges. (Maximum Weight Allowed – 25kg No Charged)
  11. Unless she is a winner or runner-up, she is required to stay for a few additional days in the country where the pageant is held for the post pageant activities, such as personal appearances, modeling or commercial advertisement and the like.
  12. The contestant will return to her last place of embarkation within two (2) days or the first available flight after the contest or as ticketed.
DISCLAIMER
  1. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject or accept any application received.
  2. The judges’ decision in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  3. The Organizer shall be the sole authority for interpretation of these Rules & Regulation. Decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding.
  4. In the event that any participants or winners are unable to fulfill her commitment and comply with the Rules & Regulations, the Promoter shall have the absolute right to disqualify the said participant as a candidate or winners and she will be asked to leave the country where the contest is held voluntarily and immediately.
  5. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any monies and valuable belongings lost by the contestant during the Pageant.
  6. The Organizer shall not be held liable in any incidents occurred to the contestant during the Pageant.
  7. The Organizer reserves the right to reject or replace any participant of the Miss Tourism International 2005 World Final in the event of the disqualification or the release from participation of such finalist application.
  8. In the event of any winners are unable to fulfill her commitment with regards to the Rules & Regulations of the Pageant and also fail to sign the Winners Contract Agreement, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw her title and claim back all prizes won and re-confer the award to the first or second runner-up.
